Mobile batching plant (Sami T3) and READYmix

Our Sami T3 batching plant allows for the storage and carefully controlled extraction of aggregates. Electronic batching of materials is carried out by deduction; utilising a reliable weighing system with load cells and digital display. A special system allows for the continuous cleaning of the bucket elevator conveyor and automatic recovery of carefully measured materials which ensures dosing accuracy.

The READYmix touch-screen system on the machine is simple and intuitive allowing immediate operation and complete control of the production process. It can memorise dosage formulas on a cubic metre basis and automatically archives the doses performed (reports) by progressive number, date and time of pouring. Eight cube of concrete can be generated per load.
